Lynx.cm#

Camera status and diagnostic information is saved in the Lynx.cm# files whenever FinishLynx is closed. The first camera in the camera list will be in the Lynx.cm1, the second in Lynx.cm2, etc.

A periodic report is printed in the file every 8.3 minutes.

External Sync (ES) Plug-in

Periodic Report Info

  • GPS Info - ExtSync ON GPS <last msec> <last mode> <last num satellites>
  • General Info - relates to how the internal clock is adjusted to track the sync source (Time PPB, Time Adjust, Time Diff).

Top of the minute Info

  • GPS Pulse (not synced) - ExtSync <n> <d>
    • <n> number of TOMs seen while waiting to sync
    • <d> difference between internal clock and ext sync clock while waiting to sync
  • GPS Pulse (Hit within max error) - ExtSync H <adjustment in 1/4ppm> <error in microseconds>
  • GPS Pulse (Miss over max error) - ExtSync M <adjustement in 1/4ppm> <error in microseconds>
